Summer!

In summer I go to the beach,
I dive, I swim, I shout for joy,
I like to eat peach,
I can’t be called a schoolboy.

In summer I keep sleeping till noon,
We have barbeques by the sea,
We see the stars and the moon,
Because of the sun we hide behind a tree.

In summer we have the feast,
We go to the church,
And listen to the priest,
When I get home I do my research.

I like the summer holidays,
Like them more than schooldays.

Summer is fun.
There is the sea that I like.
And on the beach I run.
No more rain which I dislike.

I go swimming with my brother Mike.
Then we go fishing.
Once we got a pike.
Though for salmon we keep wishing.

Summer is great for eating
Many things especially fish.
When I see them I start salivating.
I want to put them on a dish.

After summer school returns.
I wish that summer never ends.



Perfect Summer

We wait for summer all the year,
And forget the days in winter's cold,
And we take away our winter’s tears
And it will be this way until we're old.

A refreshing wind blowing gently through the trees,
Walking along the beach during sunrise,
Sitting on the terrace to feel the stunning breeze,
Seeing many creatures but mostly butterflies.

Lying under a tree, picking clovers,
Watching the films I like all day,
Watching the clouds over and over,
Thinking what type of game I am going to play

If life were perfect, summer would never end
And all our days in sunny climes we'd spend



Wonderful Summers

The beautiful days
Of wonderful summers,
Although the heat of the sun’s rays
Kills the beautiful flowers.

But if we leave them in some shade
The flowers thrive over all,
And we give them water as first aid
Not to let the petals fall.

I love this amazing season
For sunbathing, swimming and dining,
And that is the best reason
Why I love the sun shining.

All the seasons are nice
But summer is so twice or thrice.

Feeling hot,
Sweat never stops.
Children on the beach
Eating an ice cream each.
No homework or studying,
Just fun and gambolling.
Summer over, everyone depressed,
Then at school, everybody stressed.

Summer starts towards the middle of June.
In summer there is a lot of sun.
Going to the beach till the afternoon,
Where with my friends I have lots of fun.

The best part of summer is not going to school,
So I can sleep all day long,
And go with my family to the pool,
While every Saturday I play ping-pong,

And go for long walks with my dog,
Stopping to have an ice cream or two.
In the evening I go for a jog,
Best prevention from getting the flu.

I love summer. It’s the best,
Because it’s the time when I’m unstressed.
